Coaching / Mental Health

Neurodivergent Coaching helps people to harness their unique abilities to thrive. Clients have the opportunity to explore their story, to process emotions, to increase their self-awareness, and to learn to manage their challenges more effectively. Gamification is key for this process, since people with ADHD thrive when we have fun!

Group Support

Support Group for adults (16+) to connect with other people who understand what it’s like to live with ADHD/ADD (and Autism or ASD). Everyone is welcome, including friends, family or partners of people with neurodivergence, no diagnosis necessary. Drop in style, free and low-cost meetings available. Run by our caring team.

Hi, I’m Tav.

I’m here to support you as you move through life’s challenges. We all experience difficult seasons, and the right therapeutic relationship can be deeply transformative. My intention is that through our work together, you feel increasingly aligned with your values - more grounded, more connected to yourself, and more whole.

I believe people are inherently capable of growth and healing. My role is to help you move toward the emotional experiences you want more of in your daily life, whether that’s calm, confidence, safety, clarity, or simply more space to be authentically yourself. Many neurodivergent folks have had past experiences of being misunderstood or invalidated, and I aim to offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your way of being. You are capable of meaningful change, and I’m here to support that with a combination of attunement, compassion, and gentle, empathetic challenge.

I also bring lived experience navigating multicultural environments and the complexities that come with them - identity, belonging, family expectations, cultural “norms,” assimilation, and acculturation. These experiences shape and inform my work in meaningful ways. I offer counselling in English, Punjabi, and Spanish, and I welcome clients who feel more comfortable expressing themselves in any of these languages. I support people working through:

  • ADHD & Autism (through ND-affirming, non-deficit-based frameworks)
  • Anxiety
  • Emotional regulation
  • Inner child and parts work
  • Grief and loss
  • Interpersonal and family conflict
  • Relationship challenges

Together, we move at a pace that feels right for you, with the goal of helping you feel compassionately seen, deeply understood, and supported in living a life that feels more like your own.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a nature lover at heart. You can often find me in the ocean or out on the trails with my dog, Melo.

Hi, I’m Samantha.

I am a Certified Clinical Counsellor with a Masters degree in Psychotherapy and Spirituality with a specialization in Art Therapy. Aiding neurodivergent and 2SLGBTQ+ folks in communicating, connecting and self actualizing is my passion.

I often support folks with: - Gender/identity exploration - Non verbal support and creative self expression - Self-esteem issues and perfectionism - Emotional regulation including anger management, anxiety and depression - Improving executive function (motivation, task initiation, time management) - Masking and authentic connection - Life path and values exploration - Professional development

My main approach is through art therapy, which is a useful tool for self expression, exploration and communication. It can help us to interpret, express and resolve emotions and thoughts. Collaborative art can also be a fun way to build connections between partners or family members.

I maintain a safe and nonjudgemental space in which clients can build connections, explore their values/identities, and deconstruct conflict. My practice is solution focused, humanistic, and is informed by systems theory and psychodynamic theory.

In my personal life, I am an artist, a D&D dungeon master, an animal lover and a gamer. I often find myself gamifying daily tasks and searching for the perfect metaphor to describe my experience.

I look forward to accompanying you on your journey!
